Columns that don't start with "ADM" ("AMD" for instance) do not get filtered/removed during data pre-processing. They then may interfere with further processing such as utils.normalize_indicators
.
As discussed and to have this written down: newer versions of QGis ship with pandas
being pre-installed on windows. If we can assure the users primarily use windows and newer QGis verions, this should't be an issue.

Changed the calculation, bc with log() zeros and negative values can´t be processed. Until now, there were no zeros/ negative values with the Sudan data, so the plugin worked with the log() calculation.

The WHH tried to use the plugin for RAs in two countries and received the traceback below
I had a look at the data for Madagascar and there a certainly issues. I cleaned the data and received the same traceback.
I did not have a look at the Zimbabwe data.
Could someone check what is the issue?
